1. General provisions

This Policy on the processing of personal data (hereinafter — the “Policy”) has been developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken by the operator to ensure their security.

Personal data operator: Sole proprietor Andrey Borisovich Korolev, Taxpayer ID (INN) 784003679010, website runpiter.com (hereinafter — the “Operator”, the “Site”).

The Operator’s most important objective is to respect the rights and freedoms of individuals when processing their personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy and to personal and family confidentiality.

2. Key terms

  • Personal data — any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified natural person (the personal data subject).
  • Processing of personal data — any action performed with personal data: collection, recording, storage, use, transfer, deletion.
  • User — a visitor to the Site.

3. What data is processed

The Operator processes data that the User provides voluntarily when filling out forms on the Site:

  • name;
  • phone number;
  • email address or messenger username (if provided);
  • the content of the message/comment;
  • anonymized visit data (cookies, web analytics data).

4. Purposes of processing

  • processing requests and communicating with the User;
  • providing information about services and arranging the details of tours;
  • improving the operation of the Site (in anonymized form).

The Operator processes personal data on the basis of the subject’s consent, which is given by submitting a form on the Site, as well as in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. Procedure and conditions of processing

Processing is carried out with the subject’s consent, both with and without the use of automation tools. The Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful access, destruction, alteration, and dissemination.

7. Transfer to third parties

The Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Web analytics services (for example, Yandex Metrica) that process anonymized data may be used for the operation of the Site.

8. Cookies and analytics

The Site may use cookies and web analytics systems to collect anonymized statistics. The User can disable cookies in the browser settings.

9. Rights of the personal data subject

The User has the right to receive information about the processing of their data, to demand its clarification, blocking, or deletion, and also to withdraw consent to processing by sending a request to the email info@runpiter.com.

10. Storage periods

Personal data is stored for no longer than required by the purposes of processing, or until the subject withdraws consent.

11. Changes to the Policy

The Operator has the right to make changes to this Policy. The current version is always available on this page.
